In Power Automate, it has always been a good habit to rename actions so that other developers can understand your flows as well.

But with he new Power Automate Designer there are a few more reasons to name your actions properly.
In the canvas we now have various zoom actions. But the biggest change here ( especially for flows with many steps).
The Go To Operation is a real game changer. You can now search for all those actions. And not just actions but also branches within conditions.
So when you want to find your steps, the below image shows a very bad example of naming your steps:
Imagine a switch with many branches. This little search feature will make development so much easier (if each case is named properly)

But also with the new flow checker, it will help a lot if you have named your actions properly. Of course the new flow checker is also easier to use when you named your actions properly. But the new UI of the flow checker is just a massive improvement. The open operation links on the right and the connector icons will help an awful lot.

On large flows with for example many switch branches it can be a struggle to find the action that you are looking for. With this new feature it is easy to find the right step.
