1. Competition Organiser
Table of Contents
1.1. The competition is organised by SharePains.com.
1.2. The consultancy day will be provided by a third-party company, Vantage 365.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to a worldwide audience aged 18 years or over, except employees of SharePains.com, Vantage 365 their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. How to Enter
3.1. The competition will run from 19 June to 10 July.
3.2. To enter the competition, participants must complete the form available at https://sharepains.com/2024/06/19/it-is-time-to-win-nearly-1000-blog-posts-on-sharepains-com/.
3.3. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Prize
4.1. The prize is a day of consultancy provided by Vantage 365, valued at £900.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
4.3. SharePains.com reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
5.2. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.
5.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, SharePains.com reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
6. Data Protection and Marketing
6.1. By entering the competition, participants agree that their details will be passed on to Vantage 365 for marketing purposes.
6.2. Vantage 365 agrees not to distribute any participant’s details to any further third parties.
6.3. Participants can opt out of marketing communications from Vantage 365 at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the marketing communications or by contacting Vantage 365 directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. SharePains.com and Vantage 365 are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
7.2. In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of SharePains.com is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. General
8.1. SharePains.com reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of SharePains.com’s control.
8.2. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by SharePains.com.
8.3. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
