Today Microsoft released the preview for Microsoft Forms. An all new questionnaire solution.

Within minutes I was able to add some questions to a form by clicking on a choice, text rating or date button:

Office 365 - Microsoft Forms is now in preview Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Office 365 types

This resulted in a form like this:

Office 365 - Microsoft Forms is now in preview Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Office 365 formsquestions

Once I answered my questions, a nice BI alike responses overview is available:

Office 365 - Microsoft Forms is now in preview Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Office 365 forms2

Do you want to get started with Microsoft forms? It is now available within first release tenants in Office 365 within the app launcher:

or if Forms isn’t available in your app launcher you can also visit https://Forms.Office.com

  1. I use Microsoft Forms all the time for quick questionnaires and am in love with the ability to set an end date, share the survey with others for editing and the branching logic for questions.
