Keep up to date with your Office 2016 for Office 365 updates

Office 365 client application updates are always a bit like a magic trick. You expect a bunny to come out of the hat but sometimes you might be surprised to findmagic1
something else coming out of that hat.

Now there is a way to keep up to date with all the updates. Simply visit the Office 365 client update channel release page. And suddenly the magic trick is less magical.

You can now filter all the updates by Channel

  • Current
  • Deferred
  • First Release for Deferred

or by year or by month. And even update type

  • Feature
  • Security
  • Non-Security

And finally Microsoft lets you select the related application:

So even though you expected a bunny sometimes you get fireworks.
